NeuroView Technology

Implanted. Always-on. Objective.

The brain. Measured.

Neurology has never had a continuous vital sign. NVT BVS is a sub-scalp implant that reads the brain’s electrical activity around the clock, in everyday life, invisibly.

Neurology still runs on memory.

Symptoms are remembered imperfectly. Clinic visits are months apart. Hospital EEG is a snapshot.

Studies show that roughly half or more of seizures can go unreported, so treatment decisions are often based on incomplete data.

NeuroView changes that.

A cross-section of the head: the NeuroView implant rests just under the scalp and outside the skull, with two thin sensing electrodes recording the brain’s electrical activity. Nothing enters the skull or the brain.

The platform

One platform. Three vantage points.

For clinicians

“I cannot manage what I cannot measure.”

An objective record of what happened between visits.

  • Today: patient report, then uncertainty, then a medication decision.
  • With NeuroView: objective longitudinal EEG, seizure burden, and trend, then the decision.
  • Clinically relevant events prioritized for review.

For patients

Know what is happening when you cannot know yourself.

  • Were those episodes seizures? Are seizures happening in sleep?
  • Did the medication change help? Is seizure frequency actually improving?
  • What happened between visits?
  • No headgear. No daily charging. No seizure diary. Nothing visible once healed.

For payers

Evidence built for review.

Objective evidence of what a monitoring program is doing.

  • Findings designed to trace back to source recordings.
  • Documentation shaped for prior authorization.
  • Built on an emerging sub-scalp EEG reimbursement framework.

Applications across conditions

One signal. Neurology‑scale reach.

Epilepsy is where we begin. The same signal could reach far beyond it.

Epilepsy

~3.4M

Americans live with epilepsy. About 1M are drug‑resistant, our first focus.

Where we begin

Dementia

7.4M

Americans living with Alzheimer’s

Depression

21M

US adults with major depression each year

Movement

~1.1M

Americans living with Parkinson’s

Sleep

50–70M

Americans with sleep or wake disorders

We’re building the standard.

We begin with epilepsy, where objective seizure burden is an immediate unmet need. About 1 million people in the US live with drug-resistant epilepsy, with no reliable way to know how often seizures happen outside the hospital.

The same longitudinal brain signal may ultimately enable biomarkers across neurological disease.
